Welcome to Cake Bag. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our site.

Cake Bag is a Limited Company registered in the UK.

These terms and conditions apply to the business relationship between you the customer and Cake Bag Ltd and it’s employees.

1.1 By using our website or buying from Cake Bag Ltd, you are agree to be bound by our terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access our website. If you have any questions about our terms, please contact us using hello@cakebag.co.uk.

1.2 By placing an order on our website, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

2.1 We reserve the right to change our terms from time to time and without prior notice. It’s your responsibility to check and see if changes have been made. By using our website you agree to be bound to these changes. If you do not agree to these changes, please do not use our website.

2.2 We also reserve the right to make changes to our website without prior notice. By using our website you agree to be bound to these changes.

3.1 You agree to use our website for lawful purposes and in a lawful manner.

3.2 You agree not to email or send or transmit any material that contains viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to harm this website.

4.1 You agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of these Terms by you, or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website or any other person accessing the Website using your personal information.

5.1 Our One-Off Cake Bag option will require payment at the checkout when you process your order and no further payments will be taken.

5.2 Our Monthly subscription option requires recurring payments. By accepting these terms, you agree to recurring payments being taken from your designated payment method and you accept responsibility for these payments prior to cancellation.

5.3 The payment for your first subscription will be taken on the day you process your order on our website. Subsequent monthly payments will be taken monthly on the same date as the payment was taken for your first order. For example, if your first payment was taken on the third of the month, your following monthly payments would also be taken on the third of those months.

5.4 Gift subscriptions

Monthly Cake Bag purchased as a gift is purchased on the same terms as our regular Monthly Cake Bag.

6.1 We are unable to give an exact date of delivery. UK orders are posted out after 14th of each month using Royal Mail’s 48HR service.

6.2 Royal Mail will not deem a parcel to be lost until it has been in the UK postal system for a period of 14 days. We are unable to dispatch a replacement or issue a credit or refund until this period of time has elapsed.

International Delivery
7.1 International deliveries are posted out after 14th each month. Deliveries time to Europe is around 5 days. Worldwide delivery is around 7 days.

7.2 The carrier is subject to change and we are not always able to track International deliveries.

7.3 We reserve the right to substitute products in Cake Bag that are not permitted entry in certain countries. Substituted items will always be of equal value and in keeping with that month’s Cake Bag theme.

8.1 You reserve the right to cancel at any time.

8.2 To cancel you are required to log into your PayPal account and cancel your subscription. You can e-mail hello@cakebag.co.uk for instructions of how to do this.

8.3 If you cancel your PayPal subscription before payment for that month has been taken, your subscription will be cancelled with immediate effect. If next month’s payment has been taken, you will receive one further Cake Bag.

8.4 We reserve the right to terminate your subscription to Cake Bag without prior notice or given reason.

9.1 We do not accept returns unless items received are faulty, damaged or defective.

9.2 In this case that you receive a faulty, damaged or defective item, please e-mail us at hello@cakebag.co.uk and we will send you a new item. We reserve the right to change the item for a product of the same kind and similar value. If we are unable to replace it we will offer you a refund.

Force Majure
9.1 We will not be liable to you for any lack of performance, or the unavailability or failure, of this website or our services, or for any failure by us to comply with these Terms and Conditions, where such lack, unavailability or failure arises from any cause reasonably beyond our control.

Any personal information submitted on our website is governed by our privacy policy. See privacy policy for details.

Website Availability
11.1 We cannot guarantee our website will be without fault. In the unfortunate event that our website is not available or a fault is discovered, please e-mail us at hello@cakebag.co.uk to notify us of this.

Governing Law
This website is for use by persons located and resident within the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, the Channel Isles and the Isle of Man. Accordingly, these terms and conditions shall be subject to English law and the parties to any dispute or action hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

All copyright, intellectual property and trademarks belong to Cake Bag Ltd as permitted by law.

In accessing the website you agree to access the content solely for personal and not commercial use.
